THIS IS ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO THE CPSIA TRACKING LABEL WHICH WE HAVE BEEN REPORTING ABOUT:

On May 12, 2009, the Consumer Product Safety Commission held a public forum on the upcoming Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA) “tracking label” requirement for children’s products, which is currently scheduled to take effect August 14, 2009.
